Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions focused on chatbot applications and document processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue context, and intuitive chatbot interfaces.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models using deep learning frameworks and NLP tools.
• Build and manage chatbot applications across web, mobile, and voice assistant platforms.
• Optimize data preprocessing and processing pipelines for large datasets.
• Integrate backend communication via RESTful APIs and webhooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 5+ years of experience with NLP tools including SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• 5+ years of experience with Dialogflow ES/CX or Google Assistant SDK.
• 5+ years of experience with OCR tools such as Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
• 5+ years of experience in microservices and RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, R, and/or Pandas for data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Databricks, Elastic, or ELK.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular/React JS and JBOSS Enterprise SOA.
• 3+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ and Node.js.
• Knowledge of CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and agile TDD practices.
