Description

You will lead the development of intelligent, conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate copilots with enterprise systems including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and custom APIs.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and automation opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction while ensuring compliance with governance and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and adaptive cards.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI, NLU, and responsible AI principles.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Custom APIs.
• Ability to work on-site in Malvern, PA.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or AI-102.
