• 7+ years of experience building large-scale, highly available applications
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, and Web Services
• .NET candidates are also acceptable
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.
• Experience using AI-assisted development for:
• Coding and refactoring
• Testing and automation
• Troubleshooting
• Documentation
• Strong knowledge of:
• Prompt Engineering
• Spec-Driven Development
• Agentic Workflows
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production
• 6+ years of experience with:
• Containers
• Microservices
• Cloud-Native Architecture
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, validation, and ownership
