You will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems integrating large language models with enterprise data sources.
• Architect and deploy AI solutions on Azure AI or AWS Bedrock SageMaker, focusing on scalability and cost optimization.
• Develop and integrate AI orchestration workflows to coordinate multiple AI models and data pipelines.
• Establish safety mechanisms and compliance frameworks for AI systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of AI models for performance and bias.

Required Skills

• 5+ years building production AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG system development, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Advanced proficiency with Azure AI services or AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Strong experience with AI orchestration platforms and frameworks (LangChain, Llamaindex).
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for writing production-grade code.
• Experience ensuring AI governance, safety, and compliance.
