Design and build agentic AI systems, including autonomous and human-in-the-loop solutions, while leading data engineering and full-stack development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced agentic AI systems for autonomous, semi-autonomous, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Lead data engineering and modeling to enable scalable, real-time knowledge retrieval and validation across enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications, integrating backend services with React-based frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into clinical workflows, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Drive architecture decisions, enforce code quality standards, and continuously improve system performance and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI engineering, RAG, and LLM-based systems.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and React for frontend interfaces.
• Experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with vector search, large-scale document systems, and multi-LLM environments.
• Deep understanding of prompting techniques, LLM behavior, and building reliable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in data engineering and data modeling.
• Experience in the clinical trial domain is ideal.
