Description

You will build and deploy autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, and execute actions across SAP Order to Cash modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and multi-step planning.
• Develop custom LLM-based pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or ReAct/Plan-Execute patterns.
• Implement vector search, RAG pipelines, memory stores, and reasoning layers.
• Design safety, evaluation, monitoring, and governance mechanisms for complex AI agent behaviors.
• Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and define AI engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional work experience, with 6+ years specifically in AI project contribution.
• Mandatory working experience with various Generative AI models and LLMs.
• Strong working experience in developing AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong experience integrating AI agents into backend systems, preferably SAP systems.
• Experience building MCP Servers and developing end-to-end AI/Agentic pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodology.
