Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Build and optimize data and feature engineering pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for scalable production environments.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation workflows.
• Establish MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and deployment automation.
• Integrate AI models into APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure governance, explainability, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering and Software Development.
• Strong experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native deployment architectures and scalable AI systems.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data pipelines.
• C++ experience is a plus for performance-critical AI applications.
