You will design and develop AI solutions while contributing to the strategic technical vision of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement GenAI building standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Design and develop AI-specific software and platform components using emerging technologies.
• Translate business requirements from product managers and data scientists into scalable AI solutions.
• Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Execute the AI technology roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience including Front/Back End, API, Database Management, and Hosting.
• Proven expertise in developing and delivering GenAI applications and agentic systems.
• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with LLMs, transformers, and agentic system architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scaled Agile Framework) and software delivery lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI offerings.
