You will architect and develop AI-driven IVR and conversational systems, focusing on English-Spanish translation and multi-step customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy LLM workflows including prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation for voice and chat use cases.
  • Lead the development of agentic AI workflows for complex, multi-step customer interactions.
  • Perform data analysis on large-scale IVR datasets using SQL to drive system improvements.
  • Establish LLMOps best practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
  • Mentor offshore and junior AI engineers while partnering with IVR, speech engineering, and product teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with very strong proficiency in Python.
  • Proven expertise in NLP, specifically text classification and clustering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
  • Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Ability to design and deploy systems for English-Spanish translation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with IVR platforms and speech technologies (ASR, NLU, TTS).
