Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, AgnoAI and LangChain.
• Design agent memory, tool-routing logic, context management and structured prompt workflows.
• Build scalable FastAPI services integrating LLMs, PostgreSQL and pgvector.
• Develop semantic search and retrieval-backed AI capabilities using production data services.
• Define engineering standards, Cursor.dev rules and structured development practices while mentoring junior engineers.

Skills Required:

• 6-7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on LLM or AI systems.
• Strong production experience with Python and at least one of LangGraph, AgnoAI or LangChain.
• Hands-on integration experience with OpenAI, Claude and Mistral APIs.
• Proficiency developing backend services with FastAPI and PostgreSQL, including pgvector.
• Experience designing scalable agent architectures, memory systems, tool routing and context-aware prompts.
• Advanced use of Cursor.dev, including custom rules and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Good to Have:

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and open-source models.
• Exposure to AWS Lambda, Vercel, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of Git, Figma and Notion.

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
