Description

Design and develop Agentic and Conversational AI solutions using Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational agents and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Dialogflow CX.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Language Service.
• Implement NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding, intent matching, and response quality.
• Train, deploy, and monitor AI models, including creating custom indexes and managing enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with technical teams to lead Proof of Concept initiatives and ensure security and governance compliance.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Foundry for Agentic AI development.
• Mandatory experience with Google Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI Services.
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years implementing AI Conversational Agents.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong background in REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience building Enterprise Looker Dashboards for AI performance monitoring.
