Build, deploy, and optimize GenAI and ML applications in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows using vector databases.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models using MLOps practices.
• Implement AI safety, governance, and model monitoring systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise automation tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong Python development with FastAPI.
• Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Hugging Face).
• Building RAG applications with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• MLOps experience: MLflow, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring.
• Deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare/HIPAA experience.
• Agentic AI and Human-in-the-Loop systems.
• LLM cost optimization.
