8+ years of software development / SDLC experience
2+ years hands-on LLM / Generative AI development
Experience designing and building Agentic AI solutions
Strong Python development

Agentic frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, OpenAI/Anthropic tool calling RAG & Vector Databases – Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma
Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
AI observability, monitoring, cost optimization & drift detection
Responsible AI / AI governance
Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP
REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD & DevOps
Strong OOP and enterprise software engineering experience
