Description

You will architect, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and RAG systems using Microsoft Fabric as the core data platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and custom frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimize data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Lake for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop front-end interfaces using React or Angular to showcase AI functionalities and visualizations.
• Implement advanced prompting, multi-LLM orchestration, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Integrate AI safety, security, and governance protocols into all enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and enterprise data integration.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or similar lakehouse platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents, ideally with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Deep understanding of RAG system architecture and implementation at scale.
• Strong expertise with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Proficiency in SQL/KQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Experience orchestrating multiple LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Cohere.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Spark, Power BI, React, or Angular.
• Microsoft certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer.
• Background in manufacturing or finance domain AI implementations.
