Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI models using DaveAI as the core platform, integrating with enterprise systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI pipelines for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for AI deployments.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy for Mexico-based projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with DaveAI (e.g., building conversational AI agents, voice bots, or NLU pipelines).

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

5+ years in AI/ML engineering.

Strong Python proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

Preferred Skills (for Best-in-Class Profiles):

Expertise in NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT models), and generative AI.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency in RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

Familiarity with ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and scalable inference optimization.
