Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI models using DaveAI as the core platform, integrating with enterprise systems for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational AI agents, voice bots, and NLU pipelines using DaveAI.
• Optimize AI pipelines and conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy for Mexico-based projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable inference and robust deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with strong Python proficiency.
• Proven hands-on experience with DaveAI (conversational AI, voice bots, NLU).
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks.
• Understanding of AI workflows and conversational logic.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience building AI-driven interaction systems.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT models), and generative AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
