You will build and scale AI-powered platforms that accelerate vehicle design, engineering, and validation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready full-stack applications integrating AI into product development lifecycles.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for querying technical standards, testing logs, and historical data.
• Develop high-throughput APIs to connect AI services with PLM and ERP systems.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces for visualizing complex engineering data and simulation results.
• Transition proof-of-concept AI models into scalable, internal software products.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in IT with 4+ years in development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and React.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and Vector Databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to handle big data ingestion and processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel for AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or Java.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing domains.
