You will develop, deploy, and scale LLM-based agents and deep learning models for complex decision-making pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, evaluate, and deploy deep learning models including large language models and multi-modal transformers.
• Scale model and data pipelines to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure optimal application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate novel ML methods into drug and target discovery applications.
• Take full ownership of technical challenges from conception to solution.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software engineering with strong foundations in data structures and algorithms.
• Advanced Python and PyTorch programming skills.
• Proven experience in deep learning through professional projects or publications.
• Demonstrated experience with MLOps, model deployment using Triton or ONNX, and API-based AI systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training and multi-GPU or cloud infrastructure such as Ray, FSDP, DeepSpeed, or TPU.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning or in-context strategies, and agent-based systems.
• Prior experience in drug discovery or biomedical AI.
