Description

Build and own scalable AI systems, agentic workflows, and backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop high-performance backend APIs with FastAPI and Python.
• Build RAG-based architectures integrating vector databases, preferring Elasticsearch.
• Engineer advanced prompts and context strategies for Large Language Models.
• Own systems end-to-end, driving workstreams independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML and backend systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and Pydantic for type-safe development.
• Deep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture, behavior, strengths, and limitations.
• Proven experience building RAG systems with vector database integration.
• Experience designing scalable AI workflows for big data processing.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Conceptual understanding of LLM fine-tuning and training.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with React, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Background in Data Science or analytics pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangSmith and Galileo for LLM observability and debugging.
