Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI models and automation systems using Microsoft technologies. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-based AI systems, conversational AI, and machine learning-driven automation.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AI Builder, and Copilot with Dynamics.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Evaluate AI architectures, including orchestration patterns, RAG, LLMs, SLMs, and embeddings.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and data integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of iterative and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing and delivery management.
