Description

You will build, deploy, and manage agentic AI architectures and generative code systems for complex financial applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI architectures and generative code systems in production workflows.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI models for market forecasting, customer insights, or AML strategies.
• Partner with compliance, risk, and IT teams to ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory and ethical standards.
• Lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and establish guidelines for code contributions.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years working in AI roles within finance, fintech, or technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in designing, validating, and launching code-generation systems and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend language including C++, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with modern AI toolkits and prompt engineering principles.
• Deep knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, Guardrails, and data privacy in finance.
• Experience with Typescript, Node.js, and other JavaScript UI frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee code reviews for AI-assisted code, ensuring auditability.
