You will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered conversational systems and LLM-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Experiment with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude) using Langchain to deploy scalable chatbot applications.
• Develop and optimize chatbots using Rasa, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Dialogflow.
• Implement contact center AI solutions, including voice bots, AI-powered IVRs, and agent assist tools.
• Prepare and process structured and unstructured datasets for LLM evaluation and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk), and communication platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Amazon Connect).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot development.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice AI technologies.
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into contact centers, CRMs, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and continuous learning frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-modal AI covering text, voice, and image processing.
• Understanding of LLM distillation, fine-tuning, and cost optimization techniques.
• Exposure to contact center platforms like Twilio, Amazon Connect, Genesys, or Five9.
