Description

You will lead the development of Generative AI solutions and oversee technical standards across the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build Generative AI solutions as the primary technical contributor.
• Guide the engineering team through code reviews and technical best practices.
• Develop end-to-end AI Operations, including experimentation, model evaluations, and monitoring.
• Implement machine learning models with a focus on NLP and information extraction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building Deep Learning or Machine Learning models.
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Deep expertise in NLP and Information Extraction.
• Practical understanding of Embeddings, Re-rankers, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with model architectures, fine-tuning, and inferencing.
• Strong foundation in Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Knowledge of distributed computing.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total working experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or equivalent experience.
