Translate supply chain challenges into production AI solutions, owning end-to-end technical execution from data assembly to operational hand-off.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design, data assembly, model or agent build, integration, validation, and production hand-off.
• Stand up and maintain data foundations across ERP, MES, PLM, and external signals; profile, clean, and document quality and lineage.
• Select and combine appropriate approaches including rules, heuristics, optimization, classical ML, LLMs, RAG, or agents.
• Establish deterministic baselines, quantify AI lift with statistical rigor, and validate continuously throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on solutions with real users, instrumenting adoption, outcomes, and failure modes for broader rollout.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in AI/ML or data engineering with a track record of shipping AI capabilities into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL across the data, model, integration, and output stack.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of: LLMs/agents, forecasting, optimization, classical ML, or document/NLP extraction.
• Experience taking AI systems from concept through pilot to production, including hardening and operational hand-off.
• Ability to work with ambiguous problems, imperfect enterprise data, and shifting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to defend results to technical reviewers and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, MES, and PLM data structures (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar).
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, RAG patterns, agent frameworks, and vector stores.
• History of scaling AI across multiple sites, users, or business units.
