Description

You will build and scale LLM-driven applications and agentic workflows for high-availability, regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering, tool-calling, and structured output generation for external APIs and databases.
• Develop scalable, event-driven agent infrastructure on AWS to support asynchronous tasks.
• Transition AI models from experimental notebooks to production-grade systems in regulated industries.
• Explain agent decision-making processes to executive stakeholders to ensure transparency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years implementing ML/AI technologies.
• 2+ years focused on building and scaling LLM-driven applications.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Strong experience with AWS or similar cloud providers.
• Proven track record of deploying agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of graph-based data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in highly regulated industries (P&C Insurance, Banking, Healthcare).
• Deep understanding of context window management.
