Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build LLM, Copilot, RAG, and Agent-based systems
• Own AI features end-to-end: prototype → evaluate → deploy → improve
• Develop prompt pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and RAG
• Design agentic workflows with tools, APIs, planning, memory, and state
• Optimize quality, latency, scalability, and cost
• Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and monitoring
• Implement AI safety, guardrails, security, and observability
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams and mentor engineers

Mandatory Skills

• Strong LLM and Prompt Engineering knowledge
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search
• Agentic AI / AgentCore concepts
• Tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning
• Strong backend/system design and production deployment experience
• API, pipeline, and data-flow expertise
• Ability to debug non-deterministic AI behavior
• Strong product thinking and communication
