Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled SRE, DevOps, operations, and reliability initiatives.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering practices across the SDLC.
• Identify and implement AI use cases for incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Establish operational standards, governance, security controls, and technical guardrails.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and operational efficiency through automation.
• Lead CI/CD, production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship across multiple engineering teams/pods.
• Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point for complex production issues.
• Work directly with client and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support deployment and integration of AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong DevOps and production operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / AI Engineering.
• Experience with Observability and Monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with Operational Automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to operational and client-specific use cases.
• Experience with AI-assisted incident response, intelligent monitoring, and automated troubleshooting.
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) or customer-facing technical delivery.
• Ability to work with distributed engineering teams and provide technical leadership.

• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments.
