Description

Lead QA efforts using AI/LLM-based tools to generate, maintain, and optimize test cases for production support workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and document end-to-end QA processes for live production environments.
• Create and manage test case libraries, test plans, and comprehensive QA documentation.
• Partner with engineering and production support teams to identify and close coverage gaps.
• Drive adoption of an AI-first QA culture across the team.
• Communicate cross-functionally in a remote setting to align on quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of QA or SDET experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based test generation tools and workflows.
• Strong background in process documentation and test case design.
• Experience supporting production/live environments, not just pre-release.
• Familiarity with traditional automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cypress.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Fintech or payments domain experience.
• Familiarity with AI testing platforms like Testim or Mabl.
