Description

Design and maintain automation tools and Agentic AI systems for hardware engineering workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool-calling agents, and LLM-integrated workflows.
• Develop software tools and automation using Python, Go, Perl, and shell scripting on Linux.
• Build automation interfaces for RTL/EDA tools and maintain software build systems using GNU Make.
• Own and improve CI/CD tooling, specifically Jenkins, to support engineering teams.
• Write clean, documented code and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production-level proficiency in Python and shell scripting on Linux.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Go and/or Perl.
• Solid understanding of GNU Make and software build system design.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RTL design tools and EDA ecosystems like Synopsys or Cadence.
• Familiarity with semiconductor design or verification flows.
