Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for lead generation and advertiser performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize predictive, NLP, and LLM-based models for automation and personalization.
• Design experimentation frameworks and analyze A/B test results to guide product decisions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows for real-time and batch analytics.
• Implement and maintain production-ready ML systems with governance and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI models.
• Solid background in data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in designing and evaluating experiments.
• Experience with large-scale data systems like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, specifically AWS.
