Description

You will own the operational lifecycle of GenAI systems, covering deployment, management, and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, deploy, and manage GenAI-based systems.
• Instrument AI systems with observability and controllability tools.
• Monitor system performance, security, and behavior to drive optimization.
• Automate AI deployments and operations, including security audits.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture design and operation.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Gitlab.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, or Llamaindex.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM models and knowledge of AI design patterns.
• Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with government cloud compliance policies (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
