You will develop and ship features for AI team products and services within a globally distributed engineering and research environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement features using Python and write robust tests to ensure platform quality.
• Tackle bugs and maintain high security standards across AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research and product teams to design new capabilities.
• Build and scale features for core AI technology and products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development and shipping code in production.
• 3+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• Experience with large-scale, high-load distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Developing complex applications leveraging API-based LLMs.
• Training and deploying modern machine learning pipelines.
