Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing enterprise AI platform products and cross-functional delivery
• Ability to translate business objectives into a prioritised platform roadmap and backlog
• Strong stakeholder management across architecture, security, cloud, data and application teams
• Governance of milestones, dependencies, risks, adoption and measurable outcomes
• Enterprise AI platform delivery management
• Product roadmap and stakeholder management
• Strong experience in Agile program management
• Experience with AI governance and platform adoption
• Executive communication and reporting
• Preferred profile across all roles
• Proven experience building similar capabilities in a large enterprise environment
• Strong architecture and engineering depth, not only PoC experience
• Ability to work at speed and deliver production-ready foundational capabilities by year-end
• Good communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience would be advantageous
