Description

Lead and manage large-scale enterprise AI programs and portfolios with multi-million-dollar budgets, driving cloud transformation and healthcare initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program roadmaps, strategic plans, milestones, and execution frameworks for enterprise AI portfolios.
• Lead healthcare transformation initiatives across Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.
• Drive cloud transformation leveraging Azure and AWS, supporting DevOps adoption and CI/CD implementation.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor evaluations for cost optimization.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure compliance with CMS regulations and healthcare standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, Data Analytics, Power BI, and RPA.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Health Plan Administration, Claims, Prior Authorization, and Provider Management.
• Background in Utilization Management and Payment Integrity programs.
