Description

You will develop and deploy agentic AI and GenAI solutions, managing the full lifecycle from conception to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and implement prompt engineering workflows, including fine-tuning and transfer learning.
• Deliver production services using FastAPI, creating model inference endpoints and integrating them into core product workflows.
• Apply MLOps practices for CI/CD in AI/ML, ensuring reliable training-to-deployment pipelines and operational quality.
• Implement model governance and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and model explainability for enterprise use cases.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI, including NLP and real-time decisioning systems.
• Proficiency in Python and MLOps with CI/CD.
• Experience with FastAPI deployment and vector databases for retrieval and AI workflows.
• Strong background in NLP, transformers, and deep learning for building language and decisioning systems.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and transfer learning.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

• LLM development and deployment experience.
