Description

• Owns AI Security roadmap, KPIs, SLAs, intake prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-pod delivery governance, supported by two Scrum Masters serving across all delivery pods.
• Maintain and track AI Security strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across AI Security,
• Engineering, Risk, Platform Security, and Security Operations teams.
• Drive intake prioritization and portfolio management of AI security initiatives.
• Manage program budget, resource planning, workforce forecasting, and capacity management.
• Track program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate cross-pod delivery to ensure alignment of objectives and timelines.
