Description

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of text-to-SQL agents for querying complex financial datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize data schemas and layers across SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
• Design and implement agent-based workflows, backend services, and APIs with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Validate and refine AI-generated SQL queries for correctness, security, and performance in regulated environments.
• Implement AI guardrails and deploy scalable services on Azure.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices across the platform team.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong SQL expertise, including schema design and complex query writing.
• Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI features using LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Proficiency in backend and API development on Azure.
• Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
