Description

You will act as a trusted advisor for GenAI and ML adoption, defining cloud-native architectural patterns and managing technical relationships with customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns for diverse customer use cases.
• Manage the technical relationship with customers, advising on security, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence the AWS GenAI/ML roadmap.
• Create and share best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures, including white papers and code samples.
• Lead deep dives and technical workshops, contributing reusable code and reference architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep domain-specific expertise in AI/ML technologies and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in AWS and Cloud Computing.
• Experience with GenAI and Agentic Technologies.
• Strong skills in Solution Architecture.
• Technical Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures.
• Experience handling complex customer challenges.
