What's the Job?

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions on the SoundHound Amelia platform and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and tune LLM prompts, agent instructions, and guardrails to ensure high-quality conversational AI interactions.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, MCP servers, and third-party system integrations for seamless system operation.
• Configure and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure AI solutions in production environments.

What's Needed?

• At least 6+ years of professional experience in software, cloud, or AI engineering, with a proven track record of building production systems.
• Hands-on experience developing agentic or LLM-orchestrated systems, including tool/function calling, multi-agent patterns, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, along with IaC tools like Terraform or CDK.
• Solid skills in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and Git discipline.
• Deep understanding of REST API design, MCP or comparable orchestration protocols, and system integration best practices
