Description

Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations while integrating them into enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and application teams to map workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts for AI assistants and agentic automations.
• Translate prototype learnings into solution recommendations, technical patterns, and governance inputs for the AI CoE.
• Connect systems, data, and APIs using Python and service-based architectures following security and privacy standards.
• Implement logging, testing, and monitoring for LLM-based applications and multi-step workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and API development.
• Experience building LLM applications, agents, or assistants using orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows, tool usage, and multi-step automation patterns.
• Proven ability in system integration, service-based architectures, and enterprise data environments.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in logging, testing, and basic observability for AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP servers (e.g., FastMCP) or orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
• Familiarity with evaluation platforms such as LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or OpenTelemetry.
• Background in forward-deployed engineering, applied AI, or innovation lab environments.
