Description

You will design and build agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and enterprise knowledge applications, owning the technical delivery from scoping to revenue-critical customer engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade LLM applications using Python, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or DSPy.
• Design and implement evaluations for multi-step reasoning and agentic systems, including rubric design and trajectory grading.
• Develop technical scoping documents that meet the standards of frontier lab research leads.
• Lead customer meetings, translating complex enterprise workflows into viable AI solutions.
• Drive revenue by directly engaging with clients and closing technical deals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in applied AI, data engineering, or ML engineering.
• Deep experience with agentic systems, RAG, and tool use.
• Strong Python fluency and production experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to design evaluations beyond single-turn accuracy.
• Experience with complex enterprise workflows (financial services, life sciences, legal).
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Commercial instinct with a willingness to be measured on revenue.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, life sciences, or legal sectors.
• Background in working with frontier lab research teams.
