Description

You will design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using industry-leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy chatbot solutions using IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
• Implement NLP and machine learning models to improve conversational intelligence and response accuracy.
• Integrate AI-powered systems into diverse applications and cloud environments.
• Lead technical discussions and oversee chatbot development from planning through implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI and chatbot development.
• Proven track record of at least three successful customer projects involving conversational AI.
• Strong programming expertise in Java, Python, or Fullstack development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
• Deep understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
• Experience integrating AI models with existing software systems via RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in back-end and front-end technologies for seamless system integration.
• Experience deploying and scaling systems in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Data science background including data analysis and model development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git.
