Description

You will drive AI and agentification strategy for the Dynamic Pricing ecosystem, bridging business goals with technical execution in a multi-application enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discovery and evaluation of AI opportunities, prioritizing high-value initiatives with leadership.
• Implement hands-on solutions using open-source agentic AI frameworks, orchestrating homegrown and vendor agents.
• Deliver scalable end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and technical standards.
• Translate complex agent-based concepts and pricing models into clear, measurable business value for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain and LangGraph for building agentic workflows.
• Strong statistical background with practical experience building hierarchical and Bayesian models.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including regular use of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Experience using Databricks or similar cloud platforms for large-scale data processing.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with messy, real-world data under tight deadlines.
• Experience operating in highly customized, multi-application enterprise ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Background in dynamic pricing or telecommunications domain logic.
• Experience translating technical AI implementations into non-technical business value.
