Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions within the healthcare domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals.
• Decompose complex problems into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Develop and optimize GenAI models through quantization and performance tuning.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts involving model training, evaluation, and benchmarking.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure code quality through reviews and pair programming.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and VectorDBs.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale model training and inference using Databricks and PySpark.
• Expertise in ML Ops tools, GitHub, REST APIs, and Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Streamlit or Flask, and API development with FastAPI.
• Skill in topic modeling (LSA, LDA, NMF) and dimensionality reduction (PCA, UMAP, t-SNE).
