Description

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and Generative AI solutions to solve complex monitoring and analytic problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy new techniques for NLP understanding and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and optimize Python-based pipelines for training and deploying NLP and Generative AI approaches.
• Create automated data solutions and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Evaluate analytic problems, recommend resolution methods, and provide complex data analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Science.
• Expertise in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, NLP, and Generative AI/LLM engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience retrieving data from DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, or flat files.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of NLP libraries like spaCy and LangChain, and semantic frameworks.
• Experience with scalable data engineering using Apache Spark and orchestration via Airflow.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with federal or state government IT projects.
• Experience building AI chatbots or using NLP for anomaly detection.
