Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end agentic AI systems, including agent design, orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Design advanced agent patterns such as hierarchical agents, multi-agent collaboration, and dynamic tool management.
• Lead the development of reasoning architectures incorporating planning, reflection, and self-correction mechanisms.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, and cost optimization strategies for agentic systems.
• Build scalable prompt engineering pipelines and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with advanced retrieval strategies, knowledge management, and semantic search.
• Develop production-grade monitoring, observability, and error handling for AI systems operating at scale.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and testing practices tailored for AI/ML systems.
• Mentor junior engineers on agentic AI patterns, best practices, and system design principles.
• Lead technical design reviews and architectural decision-making for AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure responsible and secure AI deployments.
• Optimize system performance, latency, and operational costs across production AI workflows.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI/ML, and Agentic AI systems.
• Expertise in Python and/or PySpark for AI/ML development.
• Experience with LLMOps, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building scalable production-grade AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and testing for AI systems.
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
