Description

You will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on LLM-based systems, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate Large Language Models via APIs, preferably Azure OpenAI, into enterprise applications.
• Implement vector search solutions and establish observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt/Context Engineering.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based models.
• Experience with Vector Databases or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment, preferably Azure.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and orchestrating Agentic AI workflows with tool/function calling.
