Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions including predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.
• Build and automate scalable data processing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring pipelines for production environments.
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions through collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Own the full AI/ML lifecycle including experimentation, model development, deployment, monitoring (e.g., drift detection), retraining, and optimization.
• Implement MLOps and CI/CD workflows for AI/ML systems, including testing, versioning, and model governance.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Statistical modelling and strong grounding in AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning).
• Python for data processing, model development, and production ML services.
• SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Gen AI experience (e.g., LLM-based applications) and related implementation work.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
