Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare applications to improve clinical outcomes.
• Apply machine learning techniques across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning domains.
• Design and implement deep learning architectures for advanced use cases.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML workflows using Python from experimentation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable SaaS platforms.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• Support healthcare integration requirements and compliance standards.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Contribute to engineering best practices including CI/CD and deployment automation.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for building end-to-end AI/ML solutions and workflows.
• Experience in designing and implementing deep learning models including CNNs and RNNs.
• Good understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and real-time data processing for ML workflows.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices including bias mitigation and explainability.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into scalable SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on real-world applications.
• Good collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
