Description

You will engineer and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions, focusing on LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Develop and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for LLM-based systems.
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred) into enterprise applications.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt/Context Engineering.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based models.
• Experience with Vector Databases and/or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
• Experience developing Agentic AI workflows with tool/function calling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
